In this position, you play a key role in advancing the positioning of our company. You organize and control internal and external communication with effective communication campaigns to promote the corporate image in accordance with the corporate vision and mission – in the DACH region and worldwide. Your tasks include:

• You are responsible for the overall communication strategy of the group of companies, both strategically and in terms of content
• You develop the brand and vision of MABEWO and its subsidiaries
• You create a communication plan, design target group-specific communications for the respective companies in cooperation with our external service providers for cross-media publication
• You take over the project management for the creation of new websites (concept, content, launch at group and subsidiary level) and their content maintenance
• You take over the supervision of content creation and coordinate external service providers for our social media channels
• You design, organize and accompany public appearances, press conferences, functions and events
• As a communication manager, you are the first point of contact for agencies, press representatives and business partners
• You are responsible for public relations and communication within and outside the group of companies
• You keep an overview and carry out regular analyzes in the form of reports on the response to activities
• You will work closely with management, sales, product management and production

What to bring:

• Vocational training in the field of marketing & communication and / or a corresponding degree in the field of communication science / media communication or marketing
• Several years of professional experience in the field of marketing / communication and social media
• Experience in strategy development and concept work as well as in stakeholder management
• Expertise and creativity in the field of content creation
• Experience working in a matrix organization
• Sound knowledge of the use of MS Office programs, knowledge of the Adobe product range is an advantage
• Affinity for graphic design and social media as well as a very good feel for texts
• Distinctive quality and service awareness, reliability, acceptance of specialist responsibility and a high degree of independence
• Very good rhetorical skills as well as a confident and agile demeanor
• Business fluent knowledge of German and English
