FOOD PRODUCT DEVELOPER (M / F) – FULL-TIME
Your areas of responsibility at a glance:
- Working with innovative, valuable raw materials
- Proactive support for product ideas in close coordination with the management and the sales department
- Development of new products and recipes in the high quality food sector
- Execution and planning of tests and the different variants in the test group
- Planning and execution of sensory and physical stability tests
- Preparation of cost estimates for new products
- Checking the compliance of legal framework conditions as well as carrying out research activities
Your requirements:
- Successfully completed studies in the field of food technology / nutritional sciences, or similar.
- Several years of experience in a comparable position and experience in product development (especially plant-based food technology)
- Practical knowledge of the preparation of food, thus independent experimentation
- Willingness to actively support trial productions
- In-depth knowledge of Austrian food law
- Excellent knowledge of German and English
- Quality, cost and work safety conscious action
