As we transition out of SME into a small corporate giant we need to make the key hire of an Office Manager and Executive Assistant to three C-Level executives.
Reporting into the Head of Human Resources, the Office Manager and EA will work alongside other remotely based Executive Assistants and will be focussed on providing support to our highly successful sales, product and support teams working from our Edinburgh HQ. In this busy and varied role you will help support and improve administration systems and processes and manage tasks across a number of divisions in the company. Key responsibilities include:
We are looking for a highly experienced and polished Office Manager / Executive Assistant. We would be particularly keen to hear from candidates who have grown with a business or been part of a fast growth and scaling company. Some key skills we need include; diary management; experience of providing administration support to senior management; and will have experience of setting up and managing training and other social events. You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing work priorities at short notice and take on the ideas of others.
