Employing over 130 staff, and set to double this year, between sites in Edinburgh, outside Dundee and Inverkeithing in Fife, we are starting to sell vertical farming towers globally. Our Deployment team will commission vertical farms in over 10 countries this year and we need to expand the team by recruiting a Project Manager. There will be some international travel in this role c10-20% max.
Reporting into the Deployment Project Director, the Project Manager will join a highly integrated and well oiled team. Your primary role will be to take on new customers after sales order receipt and work with the client to scope out how our equipment will deployed, look at the scope of work and conduct a risk analysis assessment for IGS and the customer. We are looking for highly capable and experienced Project Manager / Programme Manager or Project Engineering candidates; ideally Prince 2 or AMP qualified / accredited. This will suit Project Managers deploying technology, equipment, services and/or people into the field and onto customer sites. We would be particularly keen to hear from candidates who have worked in construction, utilities, civil/structural engineering, water treatment or possibly the Armed Forces.
