MABEWO GREENTOCUBE AGis a subsidiary of MABEWO AG and develops solutions that offer customers the opportunity to grow plants and generate income under safe conditions all year round. The focus of the work is the automation and process control of systems for the efficient cultivation of herbs, lettuce and medicinal plants. MABEWO GREENTOCUBE AG is thus setting new standards in the resource-saving production of food and raw materials for the pharmaceutical industry.
your responsibility
In this position you will play a key role in driving the expansion of our company. You build the sales organization and the sales network for our innovative indoor farming systems. As a sales manager, you will take on the central task of developing a sales strategy for the successful marketing and sale of our products and services – in the DACH region and worldwide. Your tasks include:
- You are responsible for the implementation of the sales strategy and the achievement of the budget specifications.
- You are jointly responsible for the efficient development and management of the sales organization, including the further development of processes and KPIs.
- You lead the transformation from reactive to proactive sales.
- You independently acquire customers and look after them.
- You maintain an overview and carry out regular analyzes of market developments and market participants.
- You collect feedback and data from the market and help the development team to set up and further develop the range of products and services with the aim of maximum customer benefit.
- You support in ensuring the quality requirements for the products and services.
- You create the sales planning and the necessary market cultivation measures.
- You will work closely with sales controlling, product management, production and marketing.

What to bring:
- Proven experience in sales of capital goods in the food industry.
- Sales professional with appropriate further training (professional certificate or university level).
- Experience building a team and working in a matrix organization.
- Experience in project management an advantage.
- Distinctive quality and service awareness, reliability, acceptance of specialist responsibility and a high degree of independence.
- Sound knowledge of the use of MS Office programs.
- Good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel mainly in the DACH region.
