Production Team Member Grower and Packaging @ Pure Green Farms Full Time

Pure Green Farms is currently seeking a Production Team Member who is responsible to perform general labor tasks in growing and packaging leafy greens.

Compensation/Salary:

• $14.00/hour starting wage with $0.50 increase targeted after 3 months based on performance

• Must have manual dexterity
• Ability to make changes as needed without advance notice Responsibilities and Duties:
• Unloading raw materials and loading finished goods
• Loading raw materials onto automated growing and packaging lines
• Case packing and palletizing
• Cleaning and Sanitizing
• Assist in first-line trouble shooting of machinery Working Conditions:
• Position requires sitting, standing, and walking on a regular basis for prolonged periods
• Working in refrigerated warehouse for prolonged periods where temperature averages 45 degrees
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs Education/Experience:
• Previous warehouse and/or agricultural experience preferred Previous forklift training preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour; $.50 raise after 90 days; Annual raise program
