Financial Administrative Assistant @ PlantLab Full Time

PlantLab is looking for a Financial Administrative Assistant, who’ll take on the responsibility of the entire financial administration. You’ll also take on tasks for Accounts Payable, work on monthly and annual closings, etc. You will get the chance to work on junior controller tasks and further develop yourself within our Finance team.

PlantLab is growing fast! Will you be growing with us? We currently produce food worldwide in our indoor farms, which we design, develop and build ourselves. For the development of our Plant Production Units (PPUs), we use a combination of both plant and technical knowledge. For our location ‘s-Hertogenbosch we are looking for a Financial Administrative Assistant who will contribute to our growing organization and our Finance team. Your role

In our HQ in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the finance department ensures that all financial matters are properly taken care of. Within this department, we are looking for a Financial Administrative Assistant who will support the team, consisting of our CFO, Senior Controller and Controller.

Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Responsible for the entire PlantLab financial administration.

• Accounts Payable: input through payment and distribution. Process purchase orders, bills, and other accounts payables into financial software (NetSuite)

• Contributing to the monthly and annual closings.

• Process & analyze financial data and transactions in our systems.

Your profile

• You have a minimum MBO (intermediate vocational) education in Financial Administration or a similar study.

• Relevant work experience in a similar function is a plus.

• You are available fulltime.

• You are independent and like to take on new tasks. You’re assertive and efficient. You’re driven and like to improve your work and yourself.

• You have a good understanding of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
