We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to join our team and assist in the administration of daily HR functions and the implementation of various human resources programs, in order to support the HR needs of the farm.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
Experience: At least one year of related experience, preferred.

Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to performance and talent management; payroll, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Review policies and practices to maintain compliance with, and knowledge of, trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Collect information and create weekly slide decks for employee communication screens.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bilingual (ability to fluently read and write in English and Spanish) preferred.
