The job:

We need an expert in HVAC design who can lead and manage our demanding vertical farming HVAC projects.

This will involve preparation and pre-planning the project, liaising with outsourced engineering offices, overseeing and reviewing the project design, providing technical support to the project team, as well as approving the final design and initiating the implementation. The role also requires on-site technical support and oversight during construction, and will therefore require international travel.

The nature of our work is such that we are constantly working on cutting-edge technology and novel designs. This means that a willingness to learn, experiment and fail is crucial to success in this role.

What we expect of you:

• Experience with HVAC system management
• Familiarity with refrigeration equipment
• Experience with design software
• Fluent written and spoken Finnish and English
• Suitable education (UoAS/M.Sc.(Tech.))
• Willingness to travel internationally
