grower Full Time

Our urban vertical farming startup focused on sustainable cannabis and hemp is looking for an experienced Grower to join our team in Berlin. As a Grower, you will be hands-on with day-to-day cultivation, plant care, harvesting, and processing crops.

In this role, you will:

Monitor and care for crops daily, including pruning, trellising, and defoliation
Follow cultivation schedules and protocols for nutrients, irrigation, lighting, etc.
Identify and prevent crop diseases and pests
Harvest crops at peak maturity and prepare for processing
Follow post-harvest sanitation and drying protocols
Track grow data including yield, labor, and consumables
Maintain clean and organized grow facility
Assist with planting, cloning, trimming, packaging, and other duties
We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of professional growing experience, ideally within a hydroponic or indoor environment. Experience specifically cultivating cannabis or hemp is strongly preferred. Must be comfortable working in a startup atmosphere with changing priorities and the ability to adapt.
