Our produce is of unbeatable freshness and quality, but it’s more than that. We believe that technology can help to reduce the environmental impact of agriculture, which is why we’re at the forefront of rolling out vertical farming in the UK. We’re highly data-driven in most things we do so although you’ll be a creative thinker, that’s backed up with the analytical skills to back up those thoughts and ideas. It’s a marketing team of one – as you’d expect in a scale-up – and that’ll be you, so you’ll need to be as happy doing social media posts as you are sitting in a strategy meeting with one of our partners.
Of course, we know there may be times you may need external support, particularly for specialist one-off projects – such as branding. We’re okay with that, within budgets of course! And finally, we are a small friendly team, keen to learn from each other and you’ll be keen to play your part in that.
