Project Coordinator (Korean speaker) @ ARCHISEN Temporary

As a Project Coordinator, you will support the implementation of projects that involve novel farming systems. You will also collaborate with engineers and scientists to develop solutions that will revolutionise agriculture.

What we Expect from you?

• Communicate with the customer to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Translate documentation from English to Korean and vice versa.
• Assist the Project Manager (“PM”) to optimise deadlines, budgets and quality of deliverables.
• Schedule and attend meetings between stakeholders, customers, employees, and the PM.
• Work closely with the PM and technical teams in technical documentation planning with clear and concise.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business, or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) disciplines.
• Have 3-4 years of Project Management experience, preferable in any engineering environment to understand the practices and life cycle of projects.
• Excellent in Korean & English written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, ability to use project management tools and experience in an ERP system is a bonus for documentation management.
• Work on a contract basis (ONE year contract).
