PlantLab is growing fast! Will you be growing with us? We currently produce fresh food worldwide in our indoor farms, which we design, develop, build and operate ourselves. For the development of our Plant Production Units (PPUs), we use a combination of both plant and technical knowledge. To support our (international) growth, we are looking for a Project Lead Retrofit who can contribute to our CAPEX projects from a life cycle investment perspective. Your role
The Service Department is assigned to lead and coordinate work surrounding the delivery of all CAPEX projects from a life cycle investment perspective. This includes meeting scope, budgets and schedule baselines and quality expectations. As a Project Lead Retrofit, you will report to the Service Manager, and work closely with stakeholders to set up and implement projects.
Daily tasks and responsibilities will include:
You will be responsible for SHEQ (Safety Health Environmental Quality) management in projects, taking a proactive stance towards safety awareness, safe designs and ensuring SHEQ compliance of stakeholders;
You coach and lead the implementation of PlantLab project management processes, which are transferred to the teams at the production site after commissioning and approval;
You define priorities together with the Service Manager and maintain an overview of all project timelines;
You use standardization and best practice approaches to achieve better efficiency and speed in investments;
You actively maintain good relationships, and drive, guide and chair regular portfolio update meetings with stakeholders. In addition, you train the maintenance teams that provide asset management and maintenance;
You actively challenge the project team on CAPEX estimates and project schedules, focusing on improvement and providing practical support in doing so, and train and coach stakeholders involved in the delivery of CAPEX projects;
You are proactive in putting innovative, sustainable and/or efficient solutions on the agenda for the organization;
You monitor AS-built drawings and their documentation in the CMMS, as well as the complete and correct use and management of the entire CMMS, to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations within the Service Department.
Your profile
Minimum of HBO professional level, with a completed education in the direction of Asset Management & Maintenance or a similar study;
You have completed the additional courses VCA VOL and NEN 3140 or are willing to acquire these;
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in management, maintenance and/or CAPEX investment planning;
You are skilled, at home in being able to achieve goals well and are persistent and resilient;
You are social, engaged, helpful and a team player, which allows you to build and maintain relationships well at all levels in and outside the organization;
You are creative, proud of what you do and capable of disciplined work;
You have a good knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
