The Team 
Mana Farms GmbH is a startup that was founded at the end of 2020 by the two founders Raphael Schardt (CEO) and Richard Daser (CTO) in cooperation with 2bAhead Ventures, Fränkische Rohrwerke and the Kampmann Group. Mana Farms has settled in the Plagwitz cotton spinning mill, the startup hub of Leipzig. From there, the startup operates throughout Germany and soon internationally. The young, international and now 9-strong team has specialized in indoor farming systems for the hospitality industry.

Are you communicative, charismatic and would you like to contribute your sales skills to our young and sustainable startup?
We are looking for a full-time or part-time sales person who enjoys working with people and honest communication. Your areas of responsibility include sales management (existing and new customers), sales trips and trade fair visits. Basic knowledge of the CRM “Hubspot” is an advantage, but not absolutely necessary. Fluent German and English are required.

Full-time or part-time position (min. 32 hours per week) available.
