The aim of this position is the professional and legally compliant management of financial, accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as support in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements. You will also be actively involved in the definition and implementation of new standards. Your tasks will include:

• You will be involved in process optimization in the finance area, including mapping in the Navision ERP system
• You create reports and VAT statements
• You clarify and reconcile the accounts
• You do the monthly bank reconciliations
• You control and post expense reports
• You manage the financial, accounts payable and accounts receivable
• You carry out intercompany reconciliations and offsetting
• You will be involved in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR, IFRS, SWISS GAAP and in controlling tasks (budget, forecast & liquidity management).

What to bring:

• Successful training with a focus on finance and accounting (specialist certificate in finance and accounting or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience in the field of accounting (certificate)
• Experience in setting up efficient structures and processes in the area of ​​finance / ERP systems
• Independent, precise and conscientious work
• Analytical mindset
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision is absolutely necessary
• Very good written and spoken German, Russian and English skills
• Very good command of MS Office programs, especially Excel
