Urban Farmer @ ARCHISEN Full Time

As an urban farmer, you will be involved in planting, production, and housekeeping tasks in a clean and air-conditioned environment. You will be working closely in teams with other urban farmers, technicians, farm leaders and the farm manager to ensure smooth operations of the farm.

What we Expect from you?

• Ensure the crops are growing strong and healthily
• Perform planting processes such as seeding, transplanting, and harvesting
• Production tasks such as vegetables processing and packing
• Housekeeping activities to keep the farm dry, clean, and neat
• Adhere to work standards and practices
• Carry out any other duties assigned

Requirements

• Passionate in agriculture and learning
• Eager to contribute and grow together with a young startup Urban Farm
• Driven individual and a good team player
• Willing to work 8 hrs, 5.5 days a week
• Physically fit, able to stand for long hours and performing lifting, bending, and pulling actions
